- Laura MarshAug, 31 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Although the chap was perfectly pleasant, I was truly shocked at the price. What came down to squirting some WD40 into a lock and turning a key, a job that took a whole 5 mins, to be charged ВЈ55 plus VAT was unbelievable! If there's no call out charge, what exactly was I paying for? To be told it could have been worse is irrelevant, it wasn't, so why the ridiculous charge? Don't bother using these people, I suspect there are reasons they are not in CheckATrade. Very disappointed.
