    Bad customer Service, I went in to book in my car for an MOT on a Saturday 1st of Feb morning. Rang the bell in the office several times no one came to serve me. I could understand as the staff were raving a car so could not hear. So i decided to wait for about 10 minutes. Eventually a guy came into the office spoke to the lady (customer) who I assume was waiting for her car getting fixed. The guy finished speaking to the lady looked at me once,before I could say anything he had wandered back into the garage without saying or asking to serve me. Great service I thought. I only live a few minutes walk from this garage and now opt for a garage a few miles further from my house.
