    Like others cannot get hold of Maurice to release our deposit. Was a negligent letting agent all the through tenancy.

    Everything was fine during the short tenancy of 6 months. However, it has been 15 months since we moved out and Mr. Maurice Barker or anyone from the agency, is refusing to take any calls or reply to emails. Hence, we are on course for legal action.
